P9X9 Social

Social Image Generator

Design posts, stories, thumbnails and banners right in your browser — pick a format, style your text, download as PNG or JPG. No uploads, ever.

Everything runs in your browser — no uploads, no server processing.

A canvas editor that stays on your device

The P9X9 Social Social Image Generator is a full canvas editor with six ready sizes — square post, portrait, story/reel, landscape, wide and banner. Style your image with solid colors, gradients or an uploaded background, add wrapped multi-line text in four font families, and finish with corner radius, padding and a soft drop shadow.

Your background image is read into browser memory and never leaves your device — the exported PNG or JPG is rendered locally by the Canvas API.

  • 6 formats: 1080×1080, 1080×1350, 1080×1920, 1200×630, 1280×720, 1500×500
  • Solid, gradient and image backgrounds with full color pickers
  • Automatic text wrapping with size that fits the canvas
  • Export as high-quality PNG or JPG, with transparency support

Designing images that fit the platform

Every platform crops differently. Square posts suit Instagram feeds, 1080×1920 fills stories and reels edge-to-edge, 1200×630 is the open-graph standard for link previews, and 1500×500 is the classic banner shape. Start with the right format and the rest is styling.

  • Keep important text inside a safe zone — leave margin for platform UI
  • Two colors and one message is a stronger design than five colors
  • High-contrast text (white on dark, dark on light) keeps images readable in feeds
  • Use JPG for photos and PNG for graphics with transparency
Tip: the checkerboard areas in the preview show transparency — pick PNG to keep it, or JPG for smaller file sizes.
